    Smoking is a very unhealthy habit that can cause tooth discoloration, an increase in the build up of plaque and tartar on your teeth and can increase your risk of oral cancer.

    Managing your levels of stress can be one of the most powerful tools in your fight to stop smoking. One of the main reasons why people smoke is to relieve stress.


    Instead of lighting up, try getting a relaxing massage, listening to calming music or do yoga.

    If drinking makes you want a cigarette, try to stay away from alcohol.

    If you enjoy having a smoke after a meal, try to replace it with gum or a healthy snack. Identifying smoking triggers can also help you cut down much more easily.
